Evaluating P. putida and others for industrial use.

E. coli is an excellent lab rat but a poor industrial workhorse. We are characterizing solvent-tolerant organisms like Pseudomonas putida to enable the biomanufacturing of toxic commodity chemicals.

Theoretical Framework

The transition from academic postulation to industrial reality requires a stringent quantitative framework. In addressing this vector, we apply our standard methodology to isolate the exact variables that lead to non-linear yield drop-offs at scale.
